Furthermore, there is often a terrible human cost as counterfeiting is often associated with child labor and modern slavery.
In order to fight this illegal trade in counterfeit products and protect consumers, we have established a dedicated Brand Protection Team consisting of lawyers, investigators and anti-counterfeiting specialists who are responsible for combatting the production, supply and sale of counterfeit Tommy Hilfiger products worldwide. Tommy Hilfiger luggage is tested to exacting standards. If a problem occurs with Tommy Hilfiger luggage and the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, Tommy Hilfiger will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item in accordance with the warranty terms.
The warranty provided herein applies only if the item you received is inspected and found to be defective. Your rights in the event of receipt of a defective item remain unaffected by this warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover any damage that may be caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or damage in transit by airlines.

Our Customer Service team will explain in detail how and where to send your damaged baggage. You are responsible for all costs of taking the item to us, including but not limited to packaging & shipping costs.
In order to make use of the warranty it is necessary to have the original proof of purchase. Our customer service team will determine if the damage can be covered by the Tommy Hilfiger warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be notified whether the product will be repaired or replaced. Any such repair or replacement will be at Tommy Hilfiger's expense, including all costs required to return the repaired or replaced product to you. If the product is to be replaced and is no longer available in the collection, Tommy Hilfiger will replace it with another similar Tommy Hilfiger product.
The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the product or its contents, breakage or opening by aviation, airline or airport personnel. Inspect your product immediately after it has been handled by anyone other than you. In the event of damage in transit, file a claim with the transit company (which is insured against damage to your product) at the place of arrival.
This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, your legal rights in the event of defective items remain unaffected.

This will help us to follow up and take appropriate enforcement action accordingly.
If you have concerns about the authenticity of a new product that you have recently purchased, please contact us via our customer service channels and provide as many details as you can (at least five images of the item you purchased including labels and swing tags, the name and location of the seller and/or the website URL).
