Orders

After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a few emails to confirm your order and update you on its status. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam box, so make sure you add us to your spam exceptions or your email address book (you can check your email program to manage those incoming emails). Order and delivery emails:

• An order confirmation email lets you know that we’ve received your order.
• A shipping confirmation email lets you know we've processed your order. This email includes a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours.

You may cancel your order up until shipment. If you have received a confirmation email containing your tracking number, this means your order has already left our facilities and can no longer be cancelled.

As we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we recommend contacting us at the earliest opportunity.

• Through the contact form, by selecting “Order Cancellation”

Please make sure to include your order number in your cancellation request.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be processed immediately.
• If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery with the courier company.
• If your order has already been paid, the refund will be processed according to our Returns Policy.

Cancellation requests submitted outside business hours will be reviewed on the next business day.
